FAQ

What's the difference between PCTP and LCTP?
PCTP prepares individuals to coach professionally across personal and professional contexts. LCTP focuses on applying coaching within leadership and organisational settings. Both offer ICF-accredited Level 1 and Level 2 pathways.
No. Both programmes begin with coaching fundamentals and are suitable for people without previous coaching experience.
The timeline depends on your chosen pathway and how quickly you complete the required coaching-experience hours. ACC requires at least 60 hours of coaching education and 100 hours of coaching experience. PCC requires at least 125 hours of education and 500 hours of experience. Applicants must also meet ICF’s mentoring, evaluation, examination and application requirements.
SkillsFuture funding is available for eligible participants taking ECI’s approved SkillsFuture course. The course awards eight ICF Continuing Coach Education units. These support continuing professional development but do not replace the Level 1 or Level 2 education required for an initial ACC or PCC pathway.
